She is NOT your FRIEND!
Friends don't pull that kind of BS on you. She's insecure or something.
If you were talking to this guy online how did SHE find out about him? You need to get rid of her, and re-define what you call a friend. Friends are supportive, loving, and caring. They help you and are there for you when you need them. They don't gave you problems and crap like this witch is doing.
Tell her to HIT THE ROAD, and don't look back. You've got a brain! If you are giving HER math help, then you have the better end of the deal anyway. Any man with a crap will opt for a woman with brains anyway. Keep studying, find a new friend...a REAL friend and find a new happiness sweety. You don't deserve any of this drama. Friendly competition is one thing, but this sounds like an Olympic event to this girl.
You deserve support and a true friend. Go find it and don't settle until you do!
Got it!?

Sounds like your friend has a lot of issues regarding her self esteem. And the only way she sees to make herself feel better is at your expense. Doesn't sound like much of a friend actually. Best thing to do whenever she starts talking like that is to change the subject to something else. Eventually she'll see that you're not up for arguing over foolish things.

Your friend sounds really insecure. If the guy are you are such good friends then perhaps you could open up to him and tell him (but not by sounding like you're blaming your girl friend) that she used to do that kind of things and you'd be really hurt if he did the same. Also a little heart-to-heart with your girl friend might help too. Tell her it's making your life miserable and she should be more considerate.

That doesn't sound like much of a friend at all. For some reason she feels the need to compete against you, don't allow her to walk all over you and put you down. Tell her off and get new friends. Let her be the easy sl*t that she seems to be.

She is a jeaulous insecure person, why do you choose a friend like this, a good friend cares about you and has your interest at heart. She could be making you feel miserable as well. She sounds a self centred person, you deserve better. Tell her to buzz off sad woman cannot even get her own man.

It sounds like your friend is not really your friend. I'm sorry--I know that's not what you wanted to hear. But friends don't try to steal men from one another.
If she will agree to it (which I doubt, from the way you described her), arrange a pact between the two of you. You will not date a man she is interested in and vice-versa. Agree you will not date each other's exes. This has kept many good friendships intact, as most women lose their friends over men.
I never understood women who go out of their way to steal men and make enemies of their friends. Men come and go and they will never truly understand us. A good girl friend will be there through it all and always be able to empathize. Why would anyone ruin that over a man?!

Your "friend" is not your friend. Goodness gracious! You should be allowed to meet people and go out with guy's for Pete's sakes. If she makes you miserable, why are you hanging with her at all? And she turns people against you? You are obviously a resource for dudes and math homework. Not for companionship. Ditch her and find some new friends. Like this guy sounds pretty nice. Maybe hang with him instead of ever speaking to her again. He'll get you in with his circle of friends and then you won't have to worry about it. Get a backbone and stand up for yourself (that's not supposed to be derogatory, btw). Go for it! Good luck.

She's not really your friend. She seems to be just using you. Sit back and way the good with the bad and go from there. Do you really want a person like that in your life, one who is bringing you down.

It doesn't sound like she is much of a friend as she is an immature brat! I would dump her!!! In every group of friends, there is always one like her. Unfortunetly, I was the one like her growing up. The friend that I used to be like that to finally had enough with me and wouldn't speak to me again. It really upset me and made me realize the way I treated her. We became friends again later on, but it was never the same. I got what I deserved and your "friend" will too.
