The term is misleading as the balls do not become blue. A pain might develop in the testicles caused by sexual excitement without ejaculation, but that can be released through masturbation or any other sexually activity. Men just use it as an excuse to get sex, hand jobs or bj. If a guy tries to use it on you, just tell him to go whack off and leave you alone. Don't go for that old line.

It's almost entirely invented by men to get more sex. However, there is a fairly rare condition with these symptoms. In any case, men can relieve the problem themselves in a few minutes - no need for a partner!

No. That really happens.It is pain full.Like if your balls hit up against the side of your leg just the slightest bit it is pain full. They don't always turn blue though. It has only happened to me once.

I don't believe that about blue balls. If you dont masturbate or have sex, there is bound to be a release - wet dreams!
