I'm just an average 14 year old...I'm not goth or emo...and i'm not one of those bully-looking type of people...but I have this problem...when I'm at the mall and i look people straight in the eye..they move away with a frightned look! Evry person I look at! Yesterday some one offered me extra credit on my arcade just because I looked him in the eye! I have to look down now because of this! What Do I do!!? Please don't scare me with freaky answers!

Try looking at yourself in a mirror, and then you'll know how you look to other people. Or, you could ask a friend to tell you how you look when you look at someone. Maybe you just have a very direct way of looking at people, which makes them feel uncomfortable.
There's really nothing wrong with it, it's just unusual to have a 14 year old look directly at someone.
Stop looking down, that's a very bad habit to get into, and very hard habit to break out of. Be proud that you can look someone directly in the eye, cuz most people that don't usually have something to hide.

Try smiling. It works wonders. It won't be likely you will meet many girls if your are glaring at all of them. Try looking at yourself in the mirror and making different facial expressions. That's what Jim Carrey did when he was a kid for hours at a time, and look at him now.

people just arent used to someone being so direct. just keep looking but try to have a nice expression. in this society it seems that we have learned not to be direct, but to look elsewhere. you are fine. most everyone else is being a mouse. hang in there.

(calmly) Dunno...take advantage of it. Try to make it fun that people are actually afraid of you xD then again, if you get bored of it, try acting especially nicer that u usually are. =] if you are nice =] just dont get scared of it.
