One time I had a problem with flies appearing in my apartment. Then I ended up finding a really grose potato that had fallen behind the refrigerator that the flies had found. Try looking around for something that they might be breading in. Also, I use this trick to kill flies, it works for slugs outside too.
Get a tall jar and pour a sweet alcholic beverage (making sure it is below the halfway mark) The flies will fly in and get drunk, then not be able to fly out. It helps if the top is narrower then the bottem.

I'm guessing where you live has a lot of flies... they fly in when you open the door to come in. Plus, they lay eggs in your house too so that adds to the flies in your house.

LOL...... Funny question...But I will tell u a remedy for flies that usually works.....Get a ziploc bag, put water in it, and a couple of pennies in....Hang that above your door on the outside.... And that will stop the flies.. For some reason people I have talked to said that it works.....

flies are formed from maggots. maggots are usually formed from spoiled food. check everywhere in your house for any rotten food or diapers or anything gross like that. that happened to me when my babies dirty diaper accidentally fell under the changing table and i didn't find it until it was filled with maggots.

you have maggots nesting somewhere, make sure your trash is taken out every day and make sure that your big trash receptacle isnt near the entrance to your house
