some people talk a lot of garbage all their lives so they don't know any different and that question must have been really jack up cause by the time i got around to answering this question that particular question was deleted by Y!A

You are using english language option.
They are using a spanish version.
Go to Start >Control Panel>Regional and Language Options and change your settings and see what happens. You can always change them back
