I'd like to know the answer to this too! I have chubbier fingers than anyone I know! It's not as if the rest of me's fat! Rings look daft... I'd have thought my fingers/hands get plenty of workout.. I sit at a computer typing all day!
Sorry for the waffle, just that I can well & truly relate to this!!!

it's with the genes. doing hand execises might add more muscle and mass to your hand and fingers. in some cases, it also goes along with your body size. if your on the bigger side, then your hands are bigger too. but it doesn't follow with everyone. if in case you're a little chubby, then losing weight will do the trick

On television shows about weightloss I have surely pronounced that once they lose all of their extra weight , their palms have a tendency to seem slimmer afterwards. that's probable merely fluid interior the hands although , in summer my hands swell up by using warm temperature , yet in iciness they pass go into reverse to conventional .

I have a similar problem only my fingers are really skinny on the top and really fat on the bottom, like a pyramid or cone. So rings don't fir for me either.

drink loads of water at least 8 glasses a day, cut down on salt and foods with hidden salt in eat broccoli good for digestion and you will lose weight from fingers and other parts of body. worked for me.

Lol your fingers cant lose weight...maybe your chubby...maybe losing weight on your whole body will help but i doubt it...love yourself as is!

learn to play piano, or emphasize your best features like keeping your nails in gorgeous condition, and painting them with bright pretty colours. this will distract away from your fingers and they wont appear to be a problem (not that they are everyones hands are unique)

Stop eating SALT (AKA Sodium).
No more soda, packaged foods, or fast food. Stick to fresh foods. Stay away from Asian food (especially soy-sauce).
