The Atlantic , the Pacificand the Indian oceans.They also touch on the tropic ofcancer to the north. The Artic ocean does not touch any of the tropical latitudes.

The Tropic of Capricorn is a line of latitude that encircles the earth approximately 23 degrees south of the equator - so it crosses all of the oceans which exist at this line of latitude - this would be the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian.
