I was a nanny for a 4 year-old girl, and when I picked her up I would either take her back to the house and she and my son would play or do some kind of craft project, or watch a movie or they would just play together inside if it was raining out. If it was nice we would go out and jump on the trampoline, or she would drive my son around in her little Barbie Jeep, go up to the barn to see the horses, or we would go to the park. Sometimes we would just put CDs on and dance around the house.

We usually have a snack. Then if it is nice we play outside for a little bit. I make dinner and let him watch some TV with his big brother and then we all eat together. Do our homework, clean our rooms and get ready for bed. Now, the other 364 days a year usually goes snack, dinner, TV, some cuddling, running around, cleaning, bathing and bed. not necessarily in that order. Oh dont forget the sport practices and... i think we all get it.
Just always remember to have cuddle time. Thats probably the most important thing we do for eachother everynight.

when C gets home from her am preschool, she eats lunch and watches a video (while I have my afternoon nap!). Then she plays quietly by herself (her little sister is napping), and maybe we read some books together or she colors or does "homework" in one of those little preschool workbooks. After we pick up her big sister from school they play together.
