I never let myself feel that way and neither do my loved ones. I always, always see the light at the end of the tunnel. Don't forget, it ALWAYS gets better, no matter how hard it is to realize it at the time...
For the record, I'm NOT talking about religion...Unless you consider yourself to be your true religion.

I go into the kitchen and make biscuit or a cake. To beat the hell out of somekind of food relaxes me and then my family and friends can enjoy what I have made.and I have not hurt anyone with my mood. .
