I read in Mick Foley's book that he recommended that you take wrestling in High school and also have a degree or trade to fall back on in case the wrestling does not work, which it doesn't for most. He has a college degree in media production or something like that. Once you turn 18 there are a number of Wrestling school's and academies you can attend such as WWW.stormwrestling.com run by former WWE star Lance Storm in Calgary Alberta, but which ever one you may go to, do a lot of research on them and make sure that it is right for you, and that they are not going to rip you off. Remember this though, it is tough to become a wrestler and most never make any money. For every John Cena there are a 1000 guys who don't make it anywhere near the WWE so, make sure you have a back up plan, stay in school.

At 13 you might wanna start weight training. Get yourself in Great shape. At about 18 or after HS you will wanna start looking into a Professional wrestling school. There are several out there. Acting lessons would also be a good idea. That way you can prepare yourself for public speaking. You wouldn't wanna freeze up in front of 25,000 wrestling fans when your busting on your rival. Good luck with your dream.

I think you should concentrate on school. Its likely you will never work for WWE, TNA or any top show. Have a backup plan or you'll be flipping burgers sure enough cuz some of those indy federations dont even pay you night to night, and if they do you'll be lucky to pay your own bills. You dont want a life of stuggle no matter how cool it seems to be a pro wrestler.

Wouldnt hurt staying in shape though, I wouldnt lift too heavy until you get up to 6 feet tall. Dont wanna ruin your chances of being taller than that with weight training so young. Jus stay in good shape.

Jesus, not at 13. Wait until you're 18 at least and get some qualifications - you'll find trainers will have a lot more patience for those who have bothered to find something to fall back on should it all go pear shaped.

And to preempt anyone stupid enough to say "join the actors guild", you don't need to. Once they've taught you how to wrestle, they'll teach you the basics as far as doing interviews and stuff goes, but most of that sort of thing is up to you.

Yeah, enroll in a wrestling school when you are 18. I don't think anyone will train you before you're an adult, for liability reasons. Until then:
1. Join your school's wrestling team
2. Study wrestling. Watch wrestling on TV, and buy tapes and DVDs. Don't just watch it, study it.

Enrol in acting classes first, then find a good character and someone who is willing to bribe you.
