Feelings are not wrong. You either have them, or you don't. Acting on feelings is a different story altogether!
If you were to choose to act on these feelings you have for your husband's boss, I am in no position to judge you one way or the other. However, I can say that it would probably tear up your marriage if you did. (And the other man's, if he's married.) It's best not to go there.
That being said, I'd like to point out that it is quite normal for a wife to develop a temporary crush on a man other than her husband and vice-versa. But it normally goes away after a while.

Perhaps you're in some kind of illusion about your marital life. You say you have quite a happy family, but you also have feelings for your husband's boss. That does not make any sense to me. Don't know what others think about it. You are not sure who you want. Make sure what or who you want and then come and ask this question again.

Yes it is wrong. If, as you say, you have a happy family, don't mess it up. In these times, that is a rare thing (just read some questions on here if you need proof). Avoid your husband's boss and keep your happy family. If you mess it up, you will live to regret it. Don't mistake a simple attraction for something more than it is. It is natural to be attracted to men other than your husband, just don't act on it.

depends what kind of feelings? if you are having feelings like you think he is the most amazing man in the world (word wise) but you still love your husband and just care for his boss, then no. were human. but if you want more then just caring about this boss, more like sexual encounter, then yes.
