I have had past life regression, which I have since done research on and found that these people did exist! I was a maid called Hilary in the 17th century and a solicitor called James from London in the 18th century. It was a bizzare and traumatic experience but thoroughly worth it. It felt like meeting a long lost relative but you saw things as them. When I was brought round I felt a sense of calm that now I know more about myself but also a sense of loss that I won't be in that life again.

If I had lived in the 1500s1600s when it was fashionable for women to have meat on their bones, I would have been a skinny little bird of a woman. Now it is fashionable for women to be slim, I have to battle everyday to keep my weight close to the upper limits of my height chart. I'm hungry/
