Heat can affect sperm count. He should have a semen analysis done to see if this is your problem.

I know that heat does affect a man's sperm count. but I have heard that if he rubs some ice on his tesicles right before you have sex then it will help raise his sperm count. also sitting on an ice pack for a while helps too. who know's if it is true but I read it in Glamour

Heat can affect sperm, but who knows if this is YOUR problem. See a fertility specialist if you're trying to conceive.

Heat CAN affect it. That's why a man's testicles are outside of his body. Humans are warm blooded and if the sprem were to be stored inside the body, it would kills them all. U ever noticed that that's why when it's cold outside, or he gets into a pool that's cold that the balls shrink and come closer to his body??

there you go

I suggest having your b/f go to his doctor for a check-up.
