the security services are having trouble finding osama bin laden. the d.v.l.a knows where every single car is in britain & who owns it. my question is should we give the d.v.l.a the job of finding him?

I believe he's been dead for three years!.
If they really wanted him, they would have captured him on 9/11 - see below.

Osama Bin Laden has been ill for many years with serious kidney problems so likely he has a driver.
Also the vehicle would probably be registered to ALQaida as company car for tax purposes rather than to a single driver. If the DVLA were to go global with their spy network of cameras then yes i think they would have him within 5minutes of him driving past a camera.

Does Osama own a car and has he paid the road fund license fee? If not then the DVLA should be on the lookout for him. Last seen being driven about in a bashed in 4x4 dripping oil.

I think we should get the list of customers from ' islamic under-age sex with young boys' magazine & pass it onto the NSA/CIA/MI5/DB. It will contain the addresses of all leading mohamedan terrorists & peadophiles. I guess there is no difference considering mohammed (piss upon him?) was said to be a bottom bandit! c'mon on now, bin laden is going to register his car with the DVLA under the name of bin laden ....I think NOT...... LOL
Perhaps we can get him through the Inland Revenue when he sends his Tax Returnss in????
