I like "You're a beautiful person." It covers just about everything. What could be more beautiful than someone seeing you as being beautiful in all aspects?
but on a personal level someone close to me told me once, "You're so strange, and you make laugh, I love you, you big dork!" Gets me all choked up thinking about it. lol. but I'll never forget it though......
