Every NIGHT (only at night, not during the day), every few minutes, my AT&T Yahoo DSL modem blinks orange for about 30 seconds, during which time I have no internet. It comes back, but recurs a few minutes later. Any ideas?

we had the same problem with our dsl modem. we had bellsouth though. what we ended up having to do was an update of the modem. i called bell south they directed me to a page did the update and that took care of it. i dont know if its the same thing with at&t but you can try. good luck

Had a similar problem. I ran a new telephone cord from the outside junction box to my computer room. Now never any problems. The old line was about 20 years old.

Make sure all of the plugs are plugged in all the way. Also try calling the company just to make sure it isn't a problem on their end of the line.

mine did too until i had someone come out and check/fix my phone line. Call and see if their haveing any trouble 2day with the line and dont let them give you the run a round.
