look into the tissue like you dont know what came out? Why do we do this, I always know whats in there but I always look anyway. Is something wrong with me?????

You look to assess your health. If it's clear you're healthy, just allergies and your nose taking care of itself. If it's yellow you're getting sick. If it's green, you probably have an infection.

Don't worry, it's a good thing. The color and contents could give you an indication of your health. As you get sick, it can change colors. And if it has blood in it, and you don't remember a reason for it, it could mean something serious. This allows you a head start on treating a potential cold before it impacts you in another way. If someone asks you about it, just say your giving yourself a checkup.

Yes. It's very important to look inside. Just from the color, you can tell a range of health issues:
- Green: healthy
- Clear: possible cold/infection
- Red: stop picking your nose
- Blue: you're a smurf

I like to make sure there's no blood or foreign objects that come out ... lol ... !
Plus if you know the color of your snot ... then you know what type of cold medicines you'll need ... !
