It depends on the meaning. . . .

Not really.

However, many adults would find a 13 year old who used the word "freakin'" to be embarrassingly funny. I'd suggest not using it unless you want adults laughing about the way you speak.

I wouldn't use swear words around most adults, either. There are times when swear words and words used to replace swear words are socially acceptable but those are usually when you are among peers. It's not exactly fair but adults tend to act oddly when hearing such words from children.

It depends on how you freakin' use it. If it's used as a freakin' placeholder for a rougher 'F' word, then it is inappropriate most of the time.

In todays society this word refers to another very bad word, I think that all people, children and adults should use kinder language all the time. Bad and rotten spreads just like Love and kindness and we all know the world needs a lot more of that! If most people around you speak like that, you should be the exception in the crowd. Please spread and share love and kindness wherever you go! Thanks,J

What would be the point in using the word freakin? What does it accomplish? Cursing, or almost cursing, just makes you look stupid, as does loosing your temper.

The connotation is bad ...so yes,

Learn to use better English ...you will be glad when you are an adult and you are in a tense conversation with someone....you may just wind up making them look ignorant for their lack of knowing the English language.
