Um not when we sleep but yes girls do bleed the first time they have sex! Some girls bleed a little bit and some more ! Depends on the experience and how rough it was for her. Its because the first time with sex- you r breaking her hyman- a peice of skin in order to have the sex and that causes her to bleed a little. BUT it only bleeds for a little bit and will go away rather quickly!

If you're asking about sex then yes some girls do bleed because their hymen has been broken, others do not because they have either been born without one or have had it ruptured through strenuous exercise(ie horseback riding).It is a perfectly normal thing either way so don't worry so much about it. As for bleeding in your sleep, if that is the only time you are bleeding, you should see a doctor.

No, girls don't bleed when they sleep, whether it's the first or the 200th time. Unless we're on our periods, but we bleed at all times, not just during our sleep.

for each female it is different. I didn't bleed the first time. My friend did and still does each time because her fiance has a larger sized penis. It all depends on the girl and in some cases on the guy as well.

Most of the time, the hymen has all kinds of blood vessels. If the hymen was broken, it will bleed, for some longer than others, and some don't. Every girl is different.
