Think about the problem. Think about your reaction to the problem. Think about why you are reacting that way. Is your reaction rational? Yes/No. Think about the problem some more. Is the problem interior (as in, with you) or is it exterior (something else). If it is interior, what can you change about yourself to improve? If exterior, what is the initial cause of the problem? Can the cause be eliminated or changed? What can you do in general to make things better? Do you need medication? Does someone else need medication? As Socrates said, "know thyself." To know yourself, is to know your weaknesses, and to know your weaknesses will help you determine when the fault is your own, or when it is not, and work to make the necessary changes.

the abscense of the nature of this terrible problem is hindering my answer, but I will try.
It depends on the person as to what is terrible is perceived. ]
I will tell you this, nothing is so terrible that it can't be controled and tomorrow be better.
If you truly are in a bad shape and need to solve a problem the first step is to name the problem.
when you know its name then you can proceed to find the way to solve it
Put a name to it, then proceed looking for how others have solved similar problems.
realize right now that illegal activity to solve any problem is only done successfully in the movies. okay, stay above the law and do not deviate from it.
stay away from any solution that has reprecussions of worse than the original problem.
and when thinking what if this happens always assume it will happen and don't do it.
hope i helped

First, you are not alone in having problems. Most of us have them as well. The article below lists some ideas that might help.
Here are some others.
1. Write out the pros and cons of the situation. List what actions you might take and what might happen as a result.
2. Think quietly about the issues.
Try to look inside yourself and determine what is causing the problem and what can you do about the issue.
Remember, you always have a choice. Now, each choice has its own consequences but, you can make a decision.

First a good sleep I think - it is absolutely necessary to think clear. Next you should look at this problem from different sides to understand the scale of it. And finally, ask for help - it is always possible. Oh, one more thing - it is better to speak to someone, even a stranger, just to get a kind of relief

You'll NEVER--EVER--EVER find a solution to ANY problem without working through it. Step by step. Otherwise you'll always come up with the wrong answer & the problem will never be solved.
