If you have installed Beta version, you would be able to go to Upgrade option for downloading the New Vista

But, you will have to pay for that. Or, you can also choose the DVD to be delivered to your address.

beta means it is in trial period and therefore usually free at that time. When they remove the word beta from it then it will cost you.
