headlilghts are constantly moving up and down when lights are turned on , believe it may be a relay fault, somewhere but ca,nt locate, relay, does anyone know of any other problem which may be causing this malfunction many thanks.

Take it to a dealer. If you think that's too expensive then go to an independent garage, but get a recommendation first as there are a lot of crooks out there.

The relay will probably be in the fuse box, but as for the exact location.....who knows?

If it's like similar headlights, the probability is that the ball has come out of it's housing directly behind the headlamp unit. Sometimes they are not inserted correctly during production.
Look for a rod behind the lamp.

Sorry not familiar with the particular vehicle, but have dealt with other vehicles.
