We don't. First, we are unable to prove we even exist. Therefore knowing something or knowing what we know and how, is meaningless. The worst example of this and possibly in the worst ever English is, "I think, therefore I am." This is a completely meaningless sentence - in fact it is not even a proper sentence. I think, therefore I am what? ...a horse, a dog or possibly a man. We do not even know we exist. The universe and beyond is imply a figment of my imagination. We're all dreaming - one day we may wake up. It will rain. The end.

Because our brain tells us so, then unfortunately our heart and gut-instincts doubt everything and we usually don't use what we know is right and throw all our knowledge out!!! . A constant battle.

We don't!
We just assume we know certain things so we can go on with living our lives and not go crazy with philosophising.
