Pick and choose at least 2 from the list below. New spywares are created literally hourly, so no single anti-spyware can really detect all malware. Have at least 2 on hand and alternate scanning with each every few days or so. All are free. All can remove as well as detect.

microsoft windows defender available from microsoft.com is a good spyware program....i think ...spyware terminator ( with winclam antivirus) is a better choice....it is also free and offers realtime protection

if i was u..i would install all 3 of these..if u do not have none as of now..they are all free and great programs..this 3rd one is the best one overall i think that is for free..but in order to get realtime preotection u have to pay...but like i said..it is free without realtime and it removes damn near anything ive come across it is called superantispyware and u can download it from heree
