I dont think you can find a celebrity that hasnt had some sort of tragedy happen to them! Its now a mandatory part of Hollywood I guess!

2. "While riding on his motorbike, with his girlfriend as passenger, James was struck by a car driven by a drunken driver. His girlfriend was killed and he received extensive injuries. His left arm and leg were torn off by the impact. James survived, but medical expenses had wiped out his savings. Friends and his ex-wives gathered and a benefit was held for him in 1974, which raised over $100,000.00."

The Mexican tejano singer, Selena Quintanilla Perez, was shot and killed in 1995 in Corpus Christi Texas by the president of her fan club, Yolanda Saldivar. Selena was only 23 years old and in the prime of her singing career. She was beautiful, talented and she will be a legend forever.
