Legally - you can't. Getting music from limewire, bearshare, ares, kazaa, morpheus, or other p2p file-sharing places is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. The software is legal but using it to get copyrighted material without paying for it is not. Those sites do not pay the artists for the songs so basically it's stealing. Some of those places are being sued as I write this and it's only a matter of time before they start tracking down people who are doing this.

Don't steal music.

Thanks for the 2 points

You can download music illegally using some P2P service such as Kazaa, Shareaza etc and then import the music in the iTunes and it will sync with your iPod. Other option is to rip your music CD's that you leggally bought into an mp3 format, import them in the iTunes and again, iPod will happily sync the music.
