Try to relax by kicking back and forgeting about the world. I usually chill in my recliner and watch some T.V. Unfortunately this is only a temporary fix.

Isolate myself in the bathroom and take a nice warm bath with baby oil and only candles burning.

I lift weights the more im stressed the more i will lift it works everytime. Its funny cause i jump higher when im really stressed
