You have to have the KEY in the ACC position in order to allow access to the locking pin on the Ignition Switch ,

Put the Key in to ACC , with a small drill bit or any other metal rod that is the same size as the little hole , push in the Pin - then counter-clock rotation of the bezel , remove it , the Ignition Switch will fall backwards if not careful ** MAKE SURE youi have the battery disconnected 1st ***

Good Luck

There is a chrome ring around the switch. It has a little hole in it. Put an ice pick in that hole and tap it counterclockwise. It will thread loose and the switch will come out the back side and you will drop it down under the dash. Unplug the wiring and plug the new one in. Then work it back into the hole and thread on the trim ring. Good luck.
