If you are scared before even before you start I wouldn't recommend you starting at all. You need confidence to participate in a sport like wrestling. And if you are afraid of getting hurt it will not allow you to be your best.
Are there any other sports that you like to play? Try one of those instead.

Sports always have a danger factor--and your parents will have to sign a waiver that they recognize this. Look up how many injuries occur (and what kinds), or ask the wrestling coach about it.
That said, sports are a lot fun, and rewarding in many ways. One of the most important things is that you are put in situations that try you, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. It is much better for you to face these trials when it is only a game on the line--that way you'll be better prepared in real life. In addition, skills in a martial arts like wrestling are a confidence builder that extends into other areas of life. If nothing else, wrestling will teach you to think faster.
I'd recommend sports to anyone with an interest in them. Wrestling is one of the best sports for a short person to play. Anyway, getting injured isn't usually that bad of a thing--you feel some pain, you can't do certain things while you heal, and then you are fine. I don't know for sure, but I doubt that there are too many life-changing injuries in wrestling.

I'd focus more on your English first, but anyways, if your adamant on going into Wrestling you may want to think of the fact that its a physical sport that can involve.. breaking bones. If this is not for you, obviously you don't want to go into Wrestling, for the person who suggested Soccer you can break bones there too, however it IS less likely.
If you want to stray away from breaking bones, weight train, eat your fibre and your calcium to reduce the risk of bone breaking :)

The only times you will probably break a bone is just about when you get thrown on your side really, really hard or get hit in the nose.Your nose will pop back into place if that happens. Also, some times if you get slammed on your side really, really hard your shoulder can pop out of place but, once again,it will pop into place but both should be popped into place by your coach or doctor.
But overall,go for it.

Wrestling is one of the safest sports. Any sport can have injury but the seriousness of wrestling injuries is much lower. Most people are afraid of the sport because they have seen the crap on tv and think that has some relation to reality.

You won't get hurt in highschool wrestling. The worse thing that could happen is you bust your lip.
