Dracula...Frankenstein is just a psychotic doctor that created a monster. Even his monster would lose. Dracula is invinceable, and depending on which fairytale you follow, he can only be killed by a werewolf.

Dracula rules.
The character is based on a real-life Wallachian prince named Vlad Tepes, also know as Vlad the Impaler, because when the Turks invaded his homeland, he would impale them on long spears and leave them to die. I have no idea how many he killed to get the nickname, but I'm guessing it was a lot. This guy's castle is still around, in what is now Hungary.
