Is the Norwegian Nobel Prize committee racist/anti-Muslim?

In all these years there have been only two Muslim prize winners in science. Jews, on the other hand, have had 96 winners! There are 100 times as many Muslims in the world as Jews - where is the fairness?

What is the proportion of scientist with these religions (I do not know, but I suspect that far more Jews are scientists). Another question is where leading scientists are located. Nobel Prize winners often come from stimulating environments. E.g. many winners in Physiology or Medicine come from the western world, were the development of health has been far greater than in the Muslim world. I do not think that Swedish people in particular are racist, at least far less than in the US.

Correction 2: The Nobel Prizes are given out by Sweden, EXCEPT the Nobel Peace Prize which is given out in Norway.

Maybe it's just because Jews and westerners are more secular and open minded than Muslims.
I'm sure if there was a Nobel Prize back in the 11th, 12th century, Muslims would clean up. Back then, they were the ones that were more open minded... I wonder what happened?

Intellectualism. The islamic world has discouraged intellectual thought and criticism not only about religion but about life in general. Many muslim scholars Irsha Pershad (Harvard), Salmon Rushdie, Hersi Ali and Tariq Fata are examples of this and would testify to it.

That community needs more than western armies and corporations to wrest control of their societies from these backwards and barbaric mullahs and start to join the rest of us in the 21st century.
