First I would pay off all our debts by my parents a retirement home where every they want to live and give them at least a million dollars to spend the rest of their life. Then I would share the rest between my family member and bank some for my retirement and i would build a huge home for kids that need a place to go when the going gets tough. of course the house would be ran by myself and a few other people so the kids can find themselves. We all know as teenagers we need a break from our parents, so this would be perfect.

Well I have a lot of plans but you only asked what would be the first thing we would do with the money.
HONESTLY!!!!!!!!
I would go to Uganda Africa on a mission's trip because it has been something I have been wanting to do for 2 years.I would give them money for the church's out there that need roof's on there buildings. Give money to the kids and family's while I'm out there.So that they can get what ever it is they need.

Look for a sweet off shore account and accountant for that cash. Find a good person to wheel and deal in the stock market with part of it. And immediately afterword, fly to Fiji or New Zealand and take a vacation.

Pay off my bills, get my kids some new clothes, put money away for the kids and college, pay off my parents bills, buy a house, decent car

I would round up my parents and all my other family members and I would book a cruise and take my family on a nice long trip all around the world.

call my broker
arrange to pay the least amount of taxes
give to the charities
set up scholorships for needly students.
build low cost housing for homeless
rent a yacht and many nubile young beauties and go into eternal bliss
