I would have to say no I don't think she should be working on a construction site while she is pregnant. There are too many things that she could get hurt on. Not to mention the chemicals that are being used to clean stuff, construction dust can get in her lungs. Its just not a good idea.

When pregnant your a lot more clumsy then before. If the construction site has a lot of debris lying around, I would say no. Also how harsh are the chemicals? She can't be around anything really strong.

I would have to say no. There is a lot of dust and debris out on those sites that probably aren't very good for the baby. I know that you can't fire her but you could try to find her something in the office. Check with your local business laws. She probably won't be able to do much physical labor for very much longer anyway.

What kind of clean up? I would seriously consider the health problems that the workers at Ground Zero are now suffering, if it's something along that line. You need to assign her to a position that is not hazardous to her health or the health of her baby

You should check with your local employment department. Check your local laws. I know that it's unlawful to fire someone because they're pregnant.
