2. A guy tells a story about when he was in 6th grade, he was on a swing with a girl he loved and was just about to tell her when she mentioned she loves another boy...I can't remember much more...

I think the answer to 1 is The Professional with natalie Portman. but she had dark hair in the film.

There is a movie that is similar to that... but I think the girl in the movie had brown hair. The movie I am thinking of is called "The Professional".
