I already know that the school is my first decision and I will go if I am accepted. I am visiting from oct. 28-30 but the early decision application isn't due until Dec. 1st. Is it okay to send it so early?

Send it.

Send applications to every college you WANT to go to, every college you THINK you MAY want to go to, every college you think you might be able to STAND, every college you think you can do well in the first year then transfer OUT of.

If you're accepted by one and all, great! You get to say "No thanks!"

But never assume that an acceptance is on its way.

I would say that if the application isn't due for at least a month after the visit, you should wait. You may change your mind about the school once you have seen it personally and by waiting to send in the application later you may save yourself some money. If the application fee isn't very expensive, unlike some Ivy league schools, then it may be best to send it in now.

It is best to send ur Application before u visit because u would not be able to get a letter of visitation from the college you want to attend.
