I've notice my speakers make a weird noise sound everytime I have my cell phone close to my PC or even before receiving a call.

Keep in mind that your cell phone uses a radio frequency to connect with (and transmit information to and from) the cell towers in your area. Since your computer speakers are capable of picking up these signals - usually due to inadequate shielding of the speakers themselves - you get the choppy interference sound when information is being sent...as in when you're getting a call either coming in or ongoing.

Yes, its because of the signals dat your cell receives from the operator.

You would hear the sound before receiving any call or message only when your speakers are on. if the cell is close to the monitor, screen will start flickerin.

interference. Mostly Nextel that does it. Sometimes your radio will "tick" if the phone is receiving a call near it too.

That happens to me too. Its just the static and the frequency interfering with each other.
