Look in textbook to decide for yourself what is meant by the term "acidosis." I'll give you a hint, 'It means full of acid." Sp if something is full of acid (acidic) what should you do to bring it back to neutral? What kinds of chemicals could do this?
By the way, in medicine we often just let the patient be acidotic to some degree. Acidosis increased heart rate, cardiac out, respiratory rate and raises preipheral vascular tone. All of these things are good to keep the blood flowing to the heart and the brain. About the only times we regularly use it in the emergency department is for some types of anti-depressant overdoses and people's hearts who have been stopped for too that so that they are way too acidotic.

Raise the pH. Acidosis means the pH of the patient is too low (below 7).

well if its acidosis that means that the pH is low so you would want to raise it. But really that's just a guess. Good luck!
Low pH is acidic and High pH is basic.

Acidosis is excessive acid in the bodily fluids. Recommended treatment would depend on the specific type of acidosis

(normal range: 24 to 28 mmol/L). It is usually, but not always,
associated with low blood pH (normal range: 7.35 to 7.45).
