If you mean basic Channel 4, it should be on 104. However Channel 4's spin-off channels E4, E4+1 and More4 are on 140, 141 and 142 respectively.
There are also the FilmFour channels on 315 and 316.

coz ive got a didgital box and cant get channel 4 or itv1????

check your card is in properly wiggle it slightly and reset whole unit i keep losing 4 and 5 and its where my twin boys keep grbbing sky box
