My 8 yr old daughter wants to be hannah montana for halloween. I have NO creativity. how can I help her create this look?

She should wear a long straight blonde wig and put pink streaks in it. Also, wear jeans and high heels, and a tight shirt long-sleeve shirt, with possibly an open button or zipper shirt over it.

You can give her long, straight, blonde hair, with braids, tight fitting jeans, a really cute, stylish top, with a lot of eye makeup and lip gloss.
