Easily. All you don't even need that much money as long as you are willing to devote your life to travelling the World. Take busses as far as you can around the continent you are currently on, and any neighboring continents. Then buy one plane/boat ticket to the other side of the World and tour all neighboring continents there by way of bus. Then fly/boat to Antarctica. I would suggest buying a two way pass for this one. Food, Bus and Airfare total, I would say less then 10 grand. Of course this is without staying in hotels or camping, and not paying to visit any attractions. Also, hope you got a couple years to do this with.

Probably, depends on how much time you would spend in one place. I think it would be really cool to spend your whole life traveling.
