Unless you specifically enterred a contest and are waiting for the results, "ALL" are a scam. Nobody just gives away prizes for nothing. Also it seems that everyone has received the same winner notification with the note on it not to tell anyone. I wonder why.

Your credit card/ebay account/paypal account has been closed. Please login and give us some information so we can reopen it.

If they've asked for ANYTHING from you, I would consider it a scam. Never provide any personal information to such emails.
They should have your info if you've suppedly won something.
Do NOT click on anything in that email. But rather forward it to microsoft.com

of course, anything that says u have won money is a scam..
if you look at the email address it came from its proberly @yahoo.com or @mail.com etc.

probably 99.9% sure you just won a scam and alot more emails if you clicked any links in the email
