You should have included brackets to simplify, otherwise it could have a number of different answers. Remember BODMAS.

Anyway I am assuming the question is

(3 x 1/16)+(2x1/4)+(2x1/8)

= 3/16+2/4+2/8

= 15/16

= 93.75 pence or approx 94p,

which in pound sterling is £0.9375

3x 1/16 = 3/16
2x 1/4 = 2/4 or 8/16
2x 1/8 = 2/8 or 4/16

add 3/16 + 8/16 + 4/16 = 15/16
