I am ttc and am 5dpo, I woke up this morning with a horrible sore and itchy throat and it is getting worse. Now my nose is starting to run I feel like I am getting the flu (achy). Did anyone have this early in pregnancy? Could it possibly be a sign of pregnancy?

sore throat would not a sign of pregnancy. Your fist clue would be more like a mild headache if anything at all. And yes i am a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.

I had symptoms as early as this but I was more stuffy then having a sore throat♥ Who knows I got a BFP at 13 days dpo♥

You're just getting a cold. Sore throat isn't a sign of pregnancy!

not with my 2 pregnacys, sure sounds like the flue. Chicken broth vicks up feet too, socks on and get underthe cover and sweat it out, a dose of Nyquill to help you sleep. Hope you get to feeling better.

sounds like the flu to me... i had sinus problems when I was pregnant with my son, but that came a few months into it.
