Unfortunately, you are not going to be able to find non-stop service by bus for that distance. Only an airline can do that for you.

You'll probably have to transfer at some point and stop to get a new driver, since the trip between points is longer than what the Department of Transportation hours of service will allow for a single driver to be on the road.

I checked www.greyhound.com, and Indian Trails is where you would start in Saginaw. You'd then transfer in Flint to Greyhound with another transfer in Detroit. The trip is on Greyhound the rest of the way.

Seriously, why would a bus company schedule bus runs from Saginaw to Nashville with no stops? I mean, how many people on a given day are going to take a bus from Saginaw directly to Nashville?
