All the little military and cop outfits and even though it's not original I think school girl outfits will never lose the popularity. And I also liked the mafia mamma outfit like joemamma said.

Gonna be alot of pirates this year.
Last year, I just put on a latex "rip" in my face, and alot of "scabby fake blood". Just on one side, though. Looked good, was subtle until I turned around, and people noticed the "wound".
