i want to create my own website. I just wanna make the desing first. All the links i went to didn't help because they are not for free.
Can anyone send me a program or sth. on which i can jsut do the whole design to be ready for testing befreo purchasing the domain??

you need either Microsoft Frontpage, Macmromedia Dreamweaver or Yahoo! Site Builder (not to be confused with page builder). or another program of that type
