I don't know the theme from 1st Gig but the SAC 2nd Gig (the intro that they wear trenchcoats like they're in the Matrix) intro song is called Rise. It's sung by the same lady who sings "The Real Folk Blues" from Cowboy Bebop when the end credits roll. It is catchy, ain't it.
