Well, first, keep in mind that most of the mods on the actual cars in that movie were 2 fake 2 fictitious. Many of them were mechanically so close to the originals that you can look up the specs on Edmunds.com for what they were rated from the factory and be in the ballpark.
Now, if the cars were actually real - the Camaro and Challenger would probably get around 12 mpg, seriously, in normal driving. A turbo inline four car could probably get mileage in the high 20's if you drive one carefully. Drive one like you saw in the movie, and you'll get mileage in the single digits.
