I can`t install it`s software from cd so my computer cant recognize my conexant hcf modem.
Can u give me a link to download it for free?

Good luck. Spent more time trying to get that thing to work than it was worth. Get a new modem and forget it. (I did get mine to work with a driver from Conextant.)
