Lets all go down the Queen Vic. Cobblers. All that free champagne for birthdays etc. Cobblers. All that looking after each other. Cobblers. I honestly think that the script writers are living in the past - about forty years ago when Eastenders, the real ones did not have two pennies to rub together. When about six families in one house had one tap for water and one toilet for the lot. When doors were left open during the Summer nights because no one had anything worth stealing. Where children grew up believing that Duvets had sleeves and army buttons on them. The place is full of Yuppies nowadays and neighbourliness is a thing of the past..................... lost and gone forever...................
